A glance between the stars and the wrist

This site is the meeting point of two passions: space and watchmaking. THENOX is an exploratory design studio where I conceive fictional watches that incorporate genuine cosmic materials — Martian meteorites, pallasites, siderites — into designs intended to tell the story of our solar system.

Chaque création part d’un fait scientifique réel : une météorite qui existe, un phénomène physique documenté, un fragment de notre univers vieux de milliards d’années.

MARTIA COLLECTION

The Red Planet on your wrist

Inspired by the meteorite NWA 7034, nicknamed «Black Beauty» – the oldest fragment of Mars ever discovered on Earth. Designs in hues of iron oxide and Martian basalt.

Séléné Collection

Collection SELENE. Thenox

The silent glow of the Moon

Based on lunarites like NWA 12691, the largest known lunar meteorite. Breccias formed by billions of years of impacts translated into a clean, minimalist design.

Sidereal Collection

The hidden geometry of asteroids

A tribute to the Gibeon meteorite and its Widmanstätten patterns — iron-nickel crystalline structures formed over millions of years, impossible to reproduce on Earth.

Nebula Collection

The light trapped in the stone

Inspired by pallasites like Esquel and Fukang — these exceptional meteorites containing translucent olivine crystals, born at the boundary between the core and mantle of primitive asteroids.

Real science, imagined design

At THENOX, nothing is invented when it comes to science. Every meteorite referenced exists in the Meteoritical Bulletin database. Every physical phenomenon described is documented by the scientific community. What I imagine is the jewellery itself – the shape, the proportions, the interaction between cosmic matter and the human wrist.

This project is also an exploration of contemporary creation tools: the designs are born from a collaboration between my creative vision and generative artificial intelligence. I iterate dozens of variations to refine each detail, in a design process that I fully document on this website.

4.6 billion years of history

From the early moments of the solar system to the most famous meteorite falls, explore an interactive timeline of cosmic events that inspire my creations.
